Return policies for your purchases

When you buy at DERMABON, you have 10 days to return the product from the moment you receive it, either because you regretted it, because the product is different from what you expected or because it has a problem.

If you want to return a product, we will give you a label or a return code to send it to.

Depending on the availability in your area, you can choose between taking it to a branch or asking to be picked up at your address.

How long do I have to send the product?

The label or code that we give you is valid for 5 days.

When do I get my money back?

We will wait for the package to reach the Demabon and confirm that it is okay, to make sure there were no problems.
